Lesson 2
The Long 8 Draw the "8" sign horizontally with stick holding arm open.
Rotation must be in the area of shoulder. Keep the arm open all the time.
Draw "8" sign
horizontally with your bi-stick grabbed in reverse grip. Try to keep
sticks straight.
Move bi-sticks
in Knock position. Release the
upper stick. Move sticks
in front of you from bottom up. Catch the stick
over the other shoulder with the hand moved under arm.
Throw and catch
bi-stick from/to underarm position with one outside-forward ring added... Be aware of
elbow and back of the head (it may hurt J). Practice first
with safety bi-sticks. Catching must
be clear. Grab the stick
in the middle and catch the stick in the middle.
