Hand Switching Techniques. Pass Behind the Neck with One Ring

1.   Stand in  Regular Stance. The feet are parallel and separated about the width of the shoulders plus width of foot.  Knees are slightly bended.

2.   Put nunchaku behind the neck. Hands crossed. All grips are “straight”.

3.   Release the inner hand. Strike with nunchaku around to the side.

4. Return nunchaku with lower ring

5. Catch the nunchaku behind the neck with outer hand

6.   Repeat to other side

 

Technique is considered to be good if you do 100 both hands switching cycles (two switches as “one”) in 180 seconds with no errors. It is fast. Nunchaku shall recognizably “whistle”.
