The Sun
Draw "8" sign
horizontally with your bi-stick. Bend your elbow
joint a little. Relax all your
body muscles except the hand that holds bi-sticks. Try to keep
sticks straight.
Two side blocks
and rope beat to the stomach to develop "iron dress". Must be performed
in high speed and noticeable accent on every move finishing.
Throw and catch
bi-stick from/to underarm position... Be aware of
elbow and back of the head (it may hurt J). Practice first
with safety bi-sticks. Catching must
be clear. Grab the stick
in the middle and catch the stick in the middle.
