and strike down - cross the body to other side.
Draw "Three
Rings" horizontally with your bi-stick grabbed in reverse grip.
Perform the "Roof" rotation with hands switching at the side end
Turn arround
the standing foot with front-back hands pass. Do it for right and left foot 100 times each. If you turn arround right
foot the right hand must release for first back pass.
